Conclusion of the Course Titled "Art of Dealing with the Public"
The Directorate
General of Civil Aviation concluded the training course titled the "Art of
Dealing with the Public", which was held during the period 2nd -
4th November 2020, and lectured by Dr. Essa Al-Ameri.
The course
aims to develop the employees’ skills on how to deal with the public, and
familiarize them with the practical methods that enable them to identify the
best means of communication and speaking skills.
At the end
of the course, the official spokesperson of Civil Aviation Eng. Saad
Al-Otaibi and the Controller of the Public Relations & Information
Office - Mr./ Saad Al-Muhaini, presented certificates to the participating
staff of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
